Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs × London Stock Exchange Group
The City's best curated investor showcase — where high-growth, founder-led businesses meet the capital to become industry leaders.

We are sitting on a goldmine of innovation, but we’re watching our gems get polished elsewhere. We need those firms which start here to stay here, to scale here, and to prosper here.
— Alastair King, Master Entrepreneur
The Scale-Up mission began at Mansion House in 2025. Two landmark events brought 40+ high-growth entities into the room with over 400 investors. The result was a testament to the City’s potential: over £120 million in capital raised.
We are delighted that the current Lady Mayor, Dame Susan Langley DBE, is continuing this programme, ensuring that the drive for domestic growth remains at the very heart of the City’s agenda.
Who Is This For
If you’re running a fast-scaling business and your next funding round is between £5m and £30m, this is the room you need to be in. Not a networking evening. Not a pitch competition. An executed deal environment.
Every presenting company is screened for commercial traction, realistic raise targets, and sector diversity. You won’t wade through early-stage hopefuls. You’ll meet 14 of the most compelling scale-ups in Britain, in one afternoon, at LSEG.
The flagship event. Non-sector specific. 120+ investors, 14 scale-ups, three pitching stages across a curated afternoon at LSEG in the heart of the City.
Expression of interest deadline: 20th April
In partnership with the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists. A sector-specific showcase connecting high-growth defence and dual-use companies with specialist investors at Mansion House.
The programme heads North for a Scottish and Regional showcase, bringing the same calibre of investor access to the UK’s thriving regional growth ecosystem.
This isn’t a conference. It’s a curated environment designed to move capital from intent to commitment. Every detail — from the cohort composition to the room layout — is built around one outcome.
10-minute sessions across three stages — maximise visibility with different investor pools throughout the afternoon.
Formal networking before and after pitching — conversations started on stage continue in the room.
Relevant media invited to attend and cover the event — exposure beyond the room itself.
Screening avoids overlapping activities and ensures every company gets a genuine audience.
Companies invited to pitch are screened against the following criteria.
Seeking to raise between £5m and £30m+ in your next round.
Typically £1m+ in revenue, or a substantial reference client demonstrating market validation.
High-growth businesses where the founder is still driving strategy and vision.
£650 on approval. No fee for approved investor delegates.
June Event Deadline
Expressions of interest for the June showcase are sought from potential investee companies. Applications after this date will be considered for September (Defence and Dual Use) or November (Scottish and Regional).
